If there is one thing D.C. goes all in on, it’s election night. But there is nothing worse than watching the polls alone. Celebrate, commiserate, and enjoy cheap food and drink while watching it all go down on the big screen.

Drink Specials

Cucina Morini (Mt. Vernon)

5 - 10 p.m.

Cucina Morini is running its $7 martini special all night. They’re also hosting an Election Day Cocktail Battle, where you can sample each one for $7, then vote for your favorite while watching the election results roll in.

Metrobar (Brookland)

4 - 11 p.m.

Enjoy Kamala drink specials while watching the news updates on their 20-foot screen.

Immigrant Food (Ballston)

4 - 11 p.m.

Ease your election anxiety with 50% off bottles of wine all night at the Ballston Immigrant Food. Guests should reserve a table in advance.

Until winner is announced

This cocktail bar is offering discounted drinks until close OR until there’s a winner announced! They’ll be showing the results on their TV in the back room.

Food Specials

Johnny Pistolas (Adams Morgan)

7 - 11 p.m.

Grab $10 cocktails and $3/$4 tacos all night long to stave off the election blues.

Madhatter (Dupont)

5 p.m. - 2 a.m.

Watch the action go down on Madhatter’s 20 TV screens. They’ll have a $10 Smash Burger & Fries special, $24 margarita pitchers, $30 bottles of wine, and $6 drafts all night long.

Get Me to the Open Bar

7 - 11 p.m.

For $99, enjoy the 4-hour open bar of beer, wine, and house spirits, a dinner buffet, passed apps, and plenty of TVs with sound.

Dirty Water (H Street)

6:30 p.m. - until winner is declared

The only Republican watch party we found, Dirty Water is having a $30 open bar with Bud and Shock Top drafts along with hard iced teas.

Activity-Based Watch Parties

The Merry Pin (Takoma Park)

4 - 11 p.m.

Happy hour specials run all night long at this craft store/bar, plus anyone working on a Kamala Harris craft gets 10% off.

7 - 9 p.m.

Distract yourself by playing Election Day trivia with presidential-themed questions while watching the poll results. Win prizes and enjoy discounts on all fizzy bevs while you play! Reservations encouraged.

DC Comedy Clubhouse (U Street Corridor)

7:30 - 11:30 p.m.

Kick off the night with a political comedy show then stay for the cheap tacos, election-themed cocktails, and big-screen TVs.
