The horrific murder of Catherine Fuller transfixed Washington in 1984. And now, nearly 40 years later, it’s the subject of a book by former D.C. public defender Tom Dybdahl. He convincingly argues that several innocent young Black men were unfairly convicted. He’s here to tell us about what happened — and what’s still happening.
